Role Overview

As a Community Lead at Chainsight, you will be the driving force behind our community engagement strategies. You will manage our online presence, organize events, and create programs that enhance the overall experience of our community members. Your goal will be to build a vibrant, active, and loyal community that supports and promotes Chainsight’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to grow and strengthen our community.
• Manage and moderate our online communities on platforms such as Discord, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn.
• Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
• Organize and host community events, such as AMA, meetups, and hackathons.
• Gather feedback from the community to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support for community initiatives.
• Monitor community metrics and report on engagement and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a related role within the tech or blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and Real World Assets (RWA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and informative content.
