Role Overview

As the Marketing Lead at Chainsight, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, manage campaigns, and ensure that our brand message resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and platform adoption.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with product development and business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, within the blockchain and/ or crypto industies.
• Strong understanding of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and Real World Assets (RWA).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
